Fundamentals of Yoga Course (5 Weeks Duration)
This 5-week Course is designed for new students or students returning to yoga. This course introduces you to basic yoga postures, breathing techniques, mindfulness, meditation and some yoga philosophy.
The Fundamentals Course provides a solid foundation for further yoga practice in our General class.
