TODAY'S FOCUS IS our spinal twisting stretch...

Welcome to Getting your Life Back program.  Each day Monday to Friday you will be receiving a video for you to complete.  Today we will be focussing on your spinal twisting stretch.  

The postures are simple, gentle, comfortable and surprisingly you will remove any blockages which prevent the free flow of energy in your body and mind. 

It important to create space in your day to do yoga and make it part of your daily routine. As you continue to practice each day you will develop awareness of your body movements and the subtle effects these practices have on your mind and body.  

With regular practice of yoga you will promote wellness within your body and mind.  Your practice will also regulate and stables the flow of energy throughout your body which in turn brings about harmony in your physical body.
