The joys of happy feet
Are your feet tired? Do you suffer from tightness in your foot arch? Is it difficult to stay on your feet for long periods of time?
Then please try out this process and notice the difference. If you do this as part of your daily yoga pratice you will be surprised about the difference it make.
The arches in your feet and are supported by muscles and a tightband of tissue called the plantar fascia. This simple exercise will massage the fascia and rehydrate your feet.
