Introductory Yoga Course (6 Weeks Duration)
A six week course designed for complete beginners. This course introduces you to basic yoga postures, breathing techniques and some yoga philosophy. Providing a foundation for further yoga practice in our Advanced Introductory Class

Advanced Introductory Course: for graduates of our Introductory Courses and students returning to yoga after a break.Some yoga experience is assumed. Our advanced intro class provides a supportive environment where students gain further practice and confidence in yoga and further focus on posture alignment, relaxation and breathing.
Intermediate Class
A class designed for students who want to extend their yoga understanding and practice. Classes are structured to demonstrate a wide range of poses from intermediate to advanced. Some previous yoga experience is necessary.
General Class
A class suitable for all levels of yoga.
Restorative Yoga Class
A class designed for persons who wish to maintain a more gentle practice, or individuals who are recovering from injury or illness. Students are shown how to modify and adapt postures to suit their particular needs.
Flow Class:
Flow yoga is a breath synchronised class that uses alignment along with combined asana sequences to create a smooth flowing and energetic practice. Beginning with a gentle warm up and gradually build to a steady, moderate paced flow. This class builds strength, stamina and flexibility and is perfect for students with some yoga experience.
Prenatal Yoga Class
A supportive class for pregnancy, to increase body awareness and strength, reduce stress and tension. It also provides an opportunity to relieve common pregnancy ailments, and to enjoy the journey of pregnancy with other new Mums-to-be. We encourage you to advise your Doctor/Health Practitioner that you are planning to start prenatal yoga classes. If you have not regularly practiced yoga before you became pregnant, it is advised to begin classes in your second trimester. Saturdays at Exhale Yoga and Tuesday mornings at Burnside Village, Vitality and Wellbeing Centre. ( Bookings for Burnside)
Yoga for Motherhood - 5 week series
A beautiful 5 week series to help new mums ease back into a gentle yoga practice. In a relaxing environment, mums can stretch and strengthen their bodies to encourage postnatal recovery. Includes yoga for two, baby yoga & massage, home sequences and core strengthening. This class is perfect from 4 weeks to 6 months. Babies are welcome to sleep, feed, join in or admire mummy.This series requires pre-booking and priority is given to mothers who have attended the prenatal yoga classes. Amanda will happily teach a yoga class for your mothers group by prior arrangement!
Children's Yoga Class
A fun and engaging program for children aged 5-12 years old in a safe and nurturing environment. The classes introduce individual and group yoga practices through sharing imaginative, artistic and dramatic activities.Your child will develop and improve their self awareness, balance and coordination. A perfect introduction to a non competitive physical activity which encourages a calm mind and uplifted spirit. Classes run on the school term. Yoga for Ladybirds ages 5-8 yrs old. Yoga for Young Eagles 8-12 yr olds. Please register your interest for Term 1, 2012
Yoga for Teenagers and parents
An inspiring class for teens with a focus on self expression, confidence and flexibility - a perfect transition to adult yoga. Create emotional balance through the physical and mental benefits of yoga by practicing breathing exercises, flowing sequences, balancing poses and deep relaxation. Positive self-awareness is encouraged. Class is 1 hour for 4 weeks. Cost is $120 per pair. Begins Term 1 @ 5:00pm .Please book.
Pilates Mat Class
A complete mind-body workout to improve muscle tone, core strength, flexibility, balance and posture.
All classes are casual and ongoing so there is no need to book for any yoga class listed on the weekly timetable.
