Deb Bell
Yoga has been a companion to Deb’s busy life since she was a teenager but it was not until her early 30’s that she appreciated the rich support that was available through the ancient traditions and philosophy. Her passion for yoga grew quickly and led Deb to train as a teacher and ultimately take yoga to the corporate community. “Yoga is a continuous personal journey uniting body, mind and spirit.” Deb continues learning from her students, workshops and life experiences.

Penny Paton
Yoga is a way of life that enables practitioners to become more grounded and to look with equanimity on life and their place in the world. Every individual brings a different perspective to their yoga practice and takes what they need for their lifestyle and personality. Therefore Penny’s teaching encompasses a range of styles, from restorative to more dynamic practices. My philosophy of yoga is that the individual’s body and breath are the ultimate arbiters of their yoga practice – the teacher is there as a guide and mentor. Penny is a practitioner of 20 years and a qualified teacher, gaining a diploma from the IYTA (International Yoga Teachers Association).

Fiona Tselentis
Fiona began yoga in 1997 after a back injury and immediately fell in love with the gentle nature of yoga, which she believes can be enjoyed by everyone. Fiona first taught yoga to teenage boys in the mountains of North Carolina. It was here she felt her calling to train as a yoga teacher and in 2009 she completed her International Yoga Teachers Association (IYTA) teacher training diploma. 'To learn about yourself is one of the greatest adventures of life and to develop a body and
breath connection is an amazing journey of self discovery which is the heart of yoga'. Fiona teaches Hatha yoga with a focus on relaxation and using gentle movement to lead into more advanced poses. Fiona also trains extensively in Goju Karate and finds yoga an essential part of balancing her training and working commitments.
