Managing Back pain
stretching and strengthening our Back
Back pain most commonly occurs in the lower spine. It is a vulnerable part of our body because it supports most of our body's weight.
When you are unfit, our back muscles have poor tone. They are easily strained from lifting, carrying, bending awkwardly, or even prolonged sitting in one position.
Stretching helps us to loosen muscles and increase blood flow. This helps limit muscle injuries, such as tears and strains.
