Richard

Richard’s teaching style follows the Hatha / Vinyasa tradition. He is a Qualified teacher with Yoga Australia with over ten years experience. Richard has continued his training around the world.  Completing his “Advanced Teacher Training” with Donna Farhi In New Zealand, Restorative Yoga Teacher training by Judith Hanson Lasater, and Vinyasa training with Jason Crandell in San Francisco. Richard’s classes have a balanced focus on posture, alignment and incorporate Vinyasa flow helping you to grow your practice.

This is complemented with stretching to awaken the body then moving into standing poses and Vinyasa sequences giving a balanced class that is designed to build strength, flexibility, and calm the mind.
