Annie is a Hatha Yoga teacher. Classes with Annie incorporate gentle flows, movement with the breath and short meditations.

Together with her Yoga Teacher training, Annie has studied Movement Intelligence and Stretch Therapy with Kit Lachlan. Annie has experienced firsthand the wonderful benefits and lightness that come with Yoga practice and consequently her passion and motivation is to create space for others to experience this too.

She believes in being kind and nurturing to yourself as you practice, exploring your capabilities and boundaries, whilst also finding joy and calm in the business and challenges of life.
