Annette has been a Chiropractor for over 30 years, has studied mind/body medicine through Chiropractic Kineasiology and has a special interest in the Chakra system and their correlation in both Eastern and Western medicine.

Practising yoga for 20 years Annette understands yoga’s benefits for not only increasing and maintaining the body’s strength, balance and flexibility but also the mind/body connection, body awareness and inner calm that ensues not only on the yoga mat but throughout your day. She has a gentle teaching approach and adapts her classes to cater for all ages and abilities.

Annette’s intention to teaching yoga is to empower people to make healthy choices in their life through an understanding of yoga and mindfulness.
