Beginners & Fundamentals of Yoga Classes
We hold Beginners and Fundamental Classes each week. We know how difficult it is to get to every class of a Beginner’s Course, so at Exhale designed a class for new students or students returning to yoga.

Beginners and Fundamentals introduces you to basic yoga postures, breathing techniques, mindfulness, meditation and some yoga philosophy.

The Beginners & Fundamentals classes are held on Tuesday evenings @ 6.00pm. They are super popular. To get your spot it is best to book online.
