Rachel is trained in Vinyasa Yoga and is passionate about slowing the practice down to enable stress relief, mindfulness and meditation. Her teaching style in inherently creative and her love of yoga philosophy is apparent as she weaves ‘little life lessons’ throughout the physical practice. As yoga is for everyone, Rachel offers regular modifications and optional hands-on assisting, resulting in a practice that is truly accessible and life enhancing for all students. “My vision is to bring peace, love and joy to everyone in the community through yoga and meditation.”
Annie is a Hatha Yoga teacher. Classes with Annie incorporate gentle flows, movement with the breath and short meditations.
Together with her Yoga Teacher training, Annie has studied Movement Intelligence and Stretch Therapy with Kit Lachlan. Annie has experienced firsthand the wonderful benefits and lightness that come with Yoga practice and consequently her passion and motivation is to create space for others to experience this too.

Yoga has been a companion to Deb’s busy life since she was a teenager but it was not until her early 30’s that she appreciated the rich support that was available through the ancient traditions and philosophy. Her passion for yoga grew quickly and led Deb to train as a teacher and ultimately take yoga to the corporate community. “Yoga is a continuous personal journey uniting body, mind and spirit.” Deb continues learning from her students, workshops and life experiences.
Richard’s teaching style follows the Hatha / Vinyasa tradition. He is a Qualified teacher with Yoga Australia with over ten years experience. Richard has continued his training around the world. Completing his “Advanced Teacher Training” with Donna Farhi In New Zealand, Restorative Yoga Teacher training by Judith Hanson Lasater, and Vinyasa training with Jason Crandell in San Francisco. Richard’s classes have a balanced focus on posture, alignment and incorporate Vinyasa flow helping you to grow your practice.
This is complemented with stretching to awaken the body then moving into standing poses and Vinyasa sequences giving a balanced class that is designed to build strength, flexibility, and calm the mind.
Kathy has practiced and taught yoga for more than 18 years. She trained as a Hatha Yoga Teacher (Gold Diploma) at Gita Yoga in Melbourne. She has undergone advanced teacher trainings in the US with Yoga Ed (Children and Classroom Teacher Instructor), Mindfulness Meditation (Gawler Centre) and qualified as a restorative Yoga Teacher with Judith Hanson Lasater. She is currently SA State Representative for IYTA (International Yoga Teacher’s Association).
Through her own practice she has experienced the benefits from classical postures (asanas) that target endocrine (hormone producing) glands. She believes that the benefit of yoga is that it is accessible for all bodies, ages and fitness levels as it is balanced and harmonious –incorporating: pranayama (breathing); stretching; concentration; sense withdrawal; meditation; and relaxation in the postures.

Kate is trained in Hatha Yoga, and is passionate about bringing her love of yoga and health to others.
She is Yoga Australia and Yoga Alliance recognised, with 200 hours training certification, and a member of Yoga Australia. She has experience teaching across gyms and studios in Adelaide.
