There’s a part of your body you might not know about

Are you familiar with your fascia?

If you haven’t heard of it, let me explain.

Fascia is connective tissue that holds us together and connects all the parts of our body – muscles, tendons, bones, organs...

When your fascia is damaged, as it can be through injuries to your body, bad posture, stress and even dehydration, it loses its ability to support your movements. That’s why you might feel pain or tightness throughout your body.

But there is a way to look after your fascia and help repair it.

I would like to share with you an insight into the fascia work we are going to do on the New Year New You Retreat.

In today’s video I’ll explain more about your fascia and why it’s so important to our health and wellbeing.

I’ll also show you a simple technique you can use at home to look after this tissue.

The New Year New You Retreat will cover much more than fascia work.

It’s a complete package designed to support you emotionally, physically and mentally.

We will focus on your goals. This retreat is another way to help you become fully accountable for your new goals for the year ahead.

Thriving in 2019

New Year is coming and bringing with it a whole new energy we can take advantage of.

It’s time to get your mind, body and emotions in the right place so you thrive in 2019.

That’s what this is year is all about - thriving in 2019.

What will this year bring you?

Have you thought about your goals?

Take the opportunity now to dream about your year. What might it be like? What might you focus on achieving this year?

You may set goals around your health, relationships, your work or even that passion which is calling to you.

It’s really important to set solid goals for yourself.

Don’t just leave your passions on a wish list.

If you don’t set real goals, nothing will change. You’ll still have the same wish list at the end of the year.

But I’m not going to let that happen.

Exhale Yoga is here to help you to Thrive in 2019.

I want to give you the best possible chance to create the life you want in 2019.

So, there are two specific ways we’re going to help you.

I explain what they are and how they work in today’s video.
