Sharon

Sharon has been sharing Yoga for almost twenty years and offers a down-to-earth, practical approach to Yoga, for application to everyday life.

Along with foundational Yoga training, Sharon has completed Advanced Teacher Training at Kaivalyadhama Yoga Research Institute in Lonavla, India and has completed further professional development in Yoga Therapy.

To complement her Yoga practice and development, in 2019, she completed a Bachelor of Social Science - Psychology. Areas of interest include; Mindfulness, Positive Psychology and improvement of mental health. Sharon combines both Eastern and Western perspectives, providing a multi-faceted approach to feeling good and functioning well. 

Sharon believes in honouring the pace and rhythm of your own experience and offers opportunities to challenge yourself within your boundaries. Providing a safe space, Sharon guides you through Asana and mindful focus on the breath, leading towards meditation in movement.
